Exchanges for Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us for an exchange. Email info@creamskinstudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We will gladly assist with a replacement if the request is submitted within the stated timeframe.
