Shipping policy

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase—CREAM Skin Studio® is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Vienna, VA studio Monday-Friday from 9am-3:30pm. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, all product sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or defective. If you experience an issue, please contact us at orders@creamskinstudio.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CREAM Skin Studio® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim if this occurs.

All products sold through our online store are authentic, professional-grade, and sourced directly from authorized distributors or brands we partner with.
